Ahh, sorry I should've given you warning about the wreck x.X; The whale rib arch is a sculpture, NZ'ers seem to like putting these weird but kinda cool things around XD And my like my Mum explained below, the red spike thing is a wind wand, it's flexible and bobs to the wind, I thought it was pretty cool :]
