Today we spent the morning about the caravan (got some more reading done :3) and then we went to Aber again as planned, but this time with Tony's little brother Edward as he had some money he was having trouble looking at and so wanted to get rid of it XD We parked up and watched some surfers for a while (it was sunny, but not that sunny brrrrr) and then went along to the arcade first. We wasted some money there, and I got my thumb smooshed on the air hockey table :c We 'earned' some tokens from various machines and gave them to Edward. We then went along to the ruined castle that I hadn't explored enough of yesterday. I still didn't get a proper exploration in as we were halfway round and I got distracted by an attractive looking street leading from it, which then turned out to lead to the high street. We walked down it looking at this and that and went to the Spar for lunch, where we finally conviced Edward we weren't going to pay for his lunch and nothing is cheap in a Spar, or on the beach. Anyway, everyone got lunch, but I had a blonde moment and bought myself some tea for later, but completely forgot about lunch xD We had actually taken a while looking around the town so we went back to the car and I glanced at the hill tram which I will explore better next time I go, then we went back to the caravan. Tony's Grandad was arriving today too, that's why we stayed the extra night, and so we said hi and the others watched TV while I read some more. At about 7 we went to the club again (not much else to do it seems) and i took some pics around the club bit before going in though. We actually got a bit drunk tonight, I had various Red bull + alch and then before we left I tried all the flavours of the weak shots (the 15% ones) and let everyone else have a taste too cause we wanted to know what they were like XD Cherry was the best XD When we got back I got the noodles I bought in the spar while everyone else had toast and listened to stories that the adults were telling. Tomorrow we're going back home.
Oh, the restuarant pic may want explaining...it's a sushi and noodle bar! I reallyreallyreally wanted to go in and try but the menu was so expensive and I didn't want to get any skinter, so this is a wish for next time XD

Huge ruins at Aber, pretty too

Today me and Tony went out to Brosley to look at an old abandoned house/pub (more likely a house) I'd seen earlier in the week while passing it. I thought maybe we could get in, but it was on the other side of a mini-lake and there was mud everywhere, but even the paths that looked like they would lead closer didn't. I will have to try again in summer when the lake may've dried up a bit. At the moment part of the house is even in the water! XD
We tried to find a fish and chip shop in Brosley that exploded but instead found dads car, which we left a note on before going up the high street and getting lost down some country lanes. Turns out dad saw us while he was down there walking, but we just missed him so we couldn't give him a lift back, typical.
Did more of my jigsaw today. It's difficult ;d I suck at jigsaws but it's good to see bits completed too.

Haha, so it did as they said and snowed like woah overnight. About as much as was here before, so everything looks just as it did before, only without the falling snow...seems it wanted to remain under cover of nightfall this time xp
Driving was dodgy again, Council is running out of gritting salt...nice! But it was a fairly safe drive pretty much anywhere once we were off our street and onto the bigger roads. We went to Oakengates as Tony wanted a savage peice from there and then home again. I wanted to explore the Hospital park but didn't get around to it. Next time then.

Starry, starry...streeeet!? Fun with spraypaint x3

I'm not sure if those are the correct lyrics as I couldn't actually find them on google, but it's k.
Today I got up early and me and Dad went to Barmouth beach =D We left the house about 9.00, and got there at 11.05, pretty much exactly 2 hours :3
We thought it may be misty when we got there but it wasn't which was nice, only the sun was hidden by some thin clouds too, it was still warm enough though.
First we were hungry so we went and got a hot dog and burger for lunch at the shop on the front, then after eating those we walked down to the 'pier', the piece of concrete with steps that is good for crabbing from, to check that the tide was high enough so we may catch some crabs. There were no other crabbers there, only fishermen (who mysteriously never seem to catch anything, not one of them reeled in more than seaweed, yet they still fish there, how odd) anyway we decided it seemed good so we went to buy some bacon from Iceland, then we went back.
When we got back to the pier-thing the tide was going out pretty fast, but we still aimed for the weed and hidey-looking areas to try our luck. Which, as it turned out wasn't that brilliant XD After 15mins or so Dad caught one, and then another that was bigger (and disturbingly had one eye) then after that we kept trying, for over an hour I think and neither of us caught anymore. It wasn't just us though, as the tide dropped and the weed was more accessible from the steps and other concrete, more crabbers came down to play, but I only saw one lot of other people catch any, and they only got two as well, so I suppose either our memories are warped as to how easy crabbing is, or it's just the wrong time of year, or has been a bad year for crab or something. I dunno. When we decided to give up we tipped the two crab back then while we were waiting for the lines to dry, fell asleep on the concrete steps XD
When we woke up, only half an hour or less later, we sat in the freshly emerged sun enjoying the warmth then when we could be bothered to get up we went back to the car for a drink, then along the beachfront for a while for a bit of a walk. We went on the sand and had a quick ame with the waves, then found a 'segment' (because of he victorian splitting the beach with long bits of wood thing? I have no idea what it actually is or called, sorry for the confusion XD) that nobody had been on so we sat there for only a little while before heading back to the car again to pick up our 2p's for the arcade. On the was back we stopped for ice cream at a semi-permenant booth on the side of the path. Kinda icey but still goooood, perfect weather for it after all!
The arcade is a traditional thing of going to Barmouth, and I don't know if it's changed owners or something, but the machines were more rigged than any others I've ever seen, anywhere! You could hardly do anything on any of the machines without losing the 2p's really fast to a dam of them in the machine, or they'd fall on top of other coins no matter how well placed the drop was, it was crazy! Still kinda fun though, as they tend to be XD Just seemed a little unnessessary for them to be so weighted in the arcades' favour so you could hardly get anything back to put back in the machines.
We walked up to look at the shops then, I wanted to get some rock and fudge from the rock shop, but we were too late and they'd closed ;c It seemed a bit f an early close for the time of year, weather and amount of tourist, but nevermind. There wasn't a lot else open, but the shops are never really the interesting thing anyway after you've looked at the rock shop.
At the end of the street we got fish and chips (well, roe and chips for dad xp) for tea at a very busy fish and chip shop, then we went back to the car to eat. It was quite a lot to eat, and there weren't even any seaguls around to help, odd! Usually they're all over people at the sight of them leaving the F&C shop XD
After I had finally finished we walked back down to the pierthing for a last look before we had to go. It was perfect timing for the sunset, which we watched as we sat to enjoy the last of the warmth of the day, and look at the beach and harbour before we left. Once the sun had gone we went back to the car and drove back home, I tried to keep dad awake but didn't do a very good job despite actually managing to stay awake myself, pretty unusual! It took us about 2 hours to get back too, even though we got stuck behind some very slow cars and nervous drivers.

Today was another day where I wasn't too busy but did enough :3
First when I got home I read a magazine, then when Dad came home too we had beans on toast for lunch, nom!
While Dad watched his lunch-time auction programs I went down the garage to see what tony was up to for an hour. The engine in the 4x4 is still being a hassle so he was working on getting that out.
When I got back home me and Dad went out to a pool up the town park to feed some fish he saw there. I thought they were baby fish that would eat crumbs, but they turned out to be big Carp! They loved bread and got through about half a loaf as fast as ducks would! They were more fun to feed though, all jumping up, it was like the trout farms we've been to. We went and did the shopping once the bread had run out and just got this and that.
When i got home I went on the nets as usual, and first was looking up lyrics, and one song mentioned a Bluebird car, so I went to look it up on ebay, I'd thought of buying one at one point before I got the seicento. I got bored of that and looked at minis instead, there are loads of expensive ones, and the ones that aren't so exy were rust buckets, as minis are prone to be. I told Tony this before I went for my tea.
When I got back Tony had found this mini on buy it now for £450, and after quite a lot of debating, I bought it!! Tony can do all the work to it, mostly welding, then I'll have a mini! I do feel kinda bad for my seicento though....

Can you spot the fish?

Today we got up early and went to see Churchstoke and Clun. It was forcast to be another beauty of a day, and although it got off to a slow start by being foggy, it was as they said it would be. Churchstoke was pretty cool, though as ever you never find the things you want at a bootsale, but then i guess half the fun is in buying random stuff, ne? We looked around the animal parky bit as usual, not a lot has changed, but there were some new arrivals to the place, sweet =3
Once we were done there, we went onto Clun, where after trekking up to the castle (and it was starting to get pretty hot by then) we just sat around watching the happenings and me and jen paddled in the stream, which was very cold, but even then you wanted to go back in when you got out cause the air was so warm, lovely summer day :3
Today I couldn't decide between all my pictures, so there's 4 x3

Last minute today, we decided to go to the beach, to spend some time with Tony's brothers' family as they were having a beach BBQ to celebrate his birthday. Only, first we had to take Rosie to the vet, so we ended up leaving about 3.00pm, incedently, we arrived home exactly 12 hours later X3 It was an interesting drive to the beach anyway, plus nice to play about the sand since it's so long since i've been there. Portmadog beach is actually really nice =D

We got there about sunset
