Aug. 13th, 2011 11:14 pmMe and Tony were out and about today, Tony got this massive can of Monster through the mail and we were both a bit taken with it (even though I hate monster XD Who can't love a can of energy drink this big?) I got Tony to take my pic with it as we were waiting at the lights, we know the pattern from going through them so often so knew we had time to take a photo....luckily the undercover policeman in the car behind kinda understood. We're so stupid, but luckily didn't get a ticket.
This one is the greenhouse, it's quite, well, green this year and Dad is really pleased with it x3

Aug. 8th, 2011 08:13 pmWe loitered around the most of today, at one point the most interesting bit of the day was this green fanta we'd bought some time ago XD It was pretty tasty actually!
In the evening we were invited along to a guy at work's wedding reception. Everything was really nice but we were a little out of place not knowing anyone else really. We stuck around for a few hours though and chatted with each other and our boss who was there too (who luckily we get on with! XD)

The second picture is my sad little bonsai, which was about 5 years old. Tony sucks at looking after plants ;c

Jul. 5th, 2011 05:28 pmOkay, sorry about the test posts, it appears that backdating them is causing the problem. For now I'll just put the date at the top then when LJ stops being a nob I'll put them back to the correct dates. If you pop along to my LJ you'll find the other entries down a bit if you're interested ^^;
So today was my first full day in NZ!
We went into Wanganui to Mum & Jen's favourite cafe, then had a bit of a mooch and shop before heading back home. I explored the gardens and it's changed a lot! Mum has worked really hard on it!
I also said hi to all the sheep, and of course my baby CC x333 Her flock has grown quite a bit so I also got some pics of the lambs/sheep that had been born since I left x3

Mar. 15th, 2011 12:50 amLong trip today, to Lincolnshire! We won a car on ebay a couple of days ago and so went to collect it. We are going to get rid of the hyundai in a couple of weeks so we wanted a smaller car. Unfortunately I din't get many pics today and none of the car we went to get *duhhs* It's really chavvy anyway XD
The fist pic is pretty much the entire of lincolnshire- flat, green and foggy XD The others are randoms from a stop off at a service station :]

Feb. 4th, 2011 04:09 pmBusy day today! Well, it was and it wasn't, for most of the actual day we waited around for our friend to call to say she was ready to go out but she kept backing off so about 3.30 we gave up and went out to Dolittles by ourselves and then went to a new restaurant at the cinema we wanted to try, but it was packed out so we went to get a hot choc, then when we came back it was even busier than before XD We tried to think of other places we wanted to try and only came up with one that we'd never been to before, Jenko's, a mongolian BBQ. We rang Janine again and she said she hadn't had tea so would come with us and show us how it worked XD
I was a little frustrated about it at first as you got veg, then meat, then chose your herbs and spices, and finally a sauce for it all. It sounds fun but when you're staving and not brilliant at thinking what goes with what without smelling it...just annoying! XD But i'll go back when I'm a little more in the mood for it and try it again XD
Before we left we had a couple of cocktails too XD The blue one has cream on the top! o0

Dec. 3rd, 2010 11:04 pmToday i got up early to go with Dad on a walk :] I know! I really wanted to take some photos now my camera is back and there's still snow around, especially as I'm really busy over the weekend at work ;d
So we walked with Dad's walking group around Halfpenny Green near Wolves, through some fields and really nice scenery. I'm not sure how far we walked but it wasn't tooo far, I still hurt a bit at the end XD We all went in the cafe at the end too and got a really good hot choc with a flake to warm us up xp~
We came back through Badger but then had to go home pretty quick as I had work :] Here's the nice pics ^^

Nov. 12th, 2010 10:48 pmMe and Tony went to Ironbridge today to visit a cupcake teashop his Mum had been telling us about x3 It was pretty cool, we had some tea and ate our cupcake while looking at the shop decorations and a book of cakes the owner has made XD It was shibby :]
We didn't do much for the rest of the day though, just doss at home x3

Oct. 28th, 2010 02:11 pmYesterday was Tony and I's 4th 'anniversary', but we were both working! As it happened though, we both had today off so we went out to Wolves first to drop a couple of baby dragons off at their new owners (this guy already had one dragon too, so it was nice to know they were going to a home that knew how to look after them.), then we mooched round the centre a little before going on the train to Birmingham. I showed Tony all the places George showed me last time, like the market, then onto Cybercandy for more overpriced foreign noms, then lastly to the sushi restaurant for tea :] It was a fun day! And although Birmingham is a bit too big, all the things we wanted to see were about 5 mins from the train station so it was okay X3

Today I went to Birmingham with George, my friend from Wolves. At first we explored regular shops with her boyfriend, West, but after a bit he & George had words and he went home in a huff o0 Luckily everything we wanted to see in Birmingham was pretty close to the station so I didn't feel too bad about being left. We went to the international sweet shop and I got lots of sweets (of course i don't need them, but how often do I go to b/ham and see foreign sweets?), then we went to the Tepenyaki sushi place <3 Omnomnom, we were there for about 2 hours XD Such greedy people XD

Sep. 18th, 2010 02:49 amToday was a long horror day at work, another day where we lost a lot more than we made due to long waits and bad food. Couple of people getting fired over it, but luckily for me most of the customers seemed to see I was trying my best to keep them happy and I got a few compliments, plus £30! I was pretty much on my own, and some people said that even when more staff came to help me I was the only one doing any work, that peeved the others a bit :x Grouchy customers can be like that though.
The pics were taken at 11.30 when I realised I hadn't got any pics today, by now all the customers had gone, just leaving a massive mess, but this was how I wanted it to look all night, peaceful!

Jul. 17th, 2010 05:33 pmToday was decided to be pikelet day XD So we ran out and got some thick cream then cooked for a little while XD It was fun and they turned out nom too XD I can't help but try and make my pikelets into scones though Xp Dad had gone to a beermat meeting today and when he came back he gave me these two little spot-the-dog plushes X3 A friend we'd stayed with in '06 when we were visiting London had brought them up so me & Jen could have one each X3 The big Spot is of course my Spot the dog. Jen you'll have to tell me if you want your Spot sent over!

Jul. 8th, 2010 03:59 pmSo, it appears I've managed to skive a month! As I'd mentioned a couple of days ago, I'm going to do the pics differently from now on so hopefully once I've caught up again I'll be able to keep on top of it xp
Today was fairly active but i got no pics x/ In the evening we went bowling but bowling pics aren't very interesting, instead I've only got a pic of a couple of weird shots I bought, they were pretty rank too tbh XD

May. 7th, 2010 01:10 amToday me and Tony went to Wolves as an excuse to do something XD I was told that you could get Red Bull Shots in one of the shops there but there was no trace of them. We had a good wander about anyway. On the way home we stopped in at the service station near Telford and found the shots! (Woop for appropriate icon!) How typical though! It was still a good day out though ^^ And the shots were nice! We went to meet with one of Tonys work mates tonight too, he was cool and we all got along well, it was fun for a change ^^

Feb. 27th, 2010 02:04 amToday was pretty okay, me and Tony didn't do much as Dad was out, we went to Asda to grab some food (even though there's a ton in the house ;/) and I did have a pic of the food we had for tea, and even though it was really nom it didn't come out looking so great in pics xp So today I also gave Harley new eyechips, they are really dark brown, but this pic just makes them look kinda black ;p
