Today was the start of one heck of a long day at work xp Right before I went in at 12 I took this pic outside, it was raining and I thought this would be the last i would see of the snow.
I thought the colourful mini looked quite good against the snow XD

Today was a long horror day at work, another day where we lost a lot more than we made due to long waits and bad food. Couple of people getting fired over it, but luckily for me most of the customers seemed to see I was trying my best to keep them happy and I got a few compliments, plus £30! I was pretty much on my own, and some people said that even when more staff came to help me I was the only one doing any work, that peeved the others a bit :x Grouchy customers can be like that though.
The pics were taken at 11.30 when I realised I hadn't got any pics today, by now all the customers had gone, just leaving a massive mess, but this was how I wanted it to look all night, peaceful!

Boring one today as I was in work early again to help with a wedding anniversary set up, plus a few other things that needed sorting. It was a pretty simple day and i just got this pic of the decoration the guests brought with them.

New keyboard! Now I can't use tat excuse anymore and maybe my updates will be more regular again! Can only hope ;]I meant to get one with chunkier keys but all the mini keyboards were in laptop style ;/
Today I had to take my camera into work cause I didn't get a pic during the day. It was dead boring at work too, only served 1 person in the restaurant. I took these pics of the sunset while I was setting up for a tour x3

I got the first pic today as I rushed into work, it's right outside the hotel. Of course the sun went in and i couldn't wait for it XD
A volcanic ash cloud came over Britain today and stopped flights, people were pretty pissed but it was their lives being saved by not flying XD There was a haze about the air, and you could see the sunbeams coming through the windows, weird.

Work again but today it wasn't sunny out so I didn't feel bad having to go in. I meant to take a pic of these crocuses yesterday but there were people in the window area and I didn't want them to see staff taking pics of flowers XD

St Patrick's Day! I'd forgotten how low key it is in England, I didn't see one thing promoting it, maybe it's because we are English?
I had to go into work early today so I took my camera along to see if I could get a pic, I just got one of these oil bottles that pretty up the restaurant a little XD I don't know why I take my camera to work, there's nothing to pic! I didn't sell more Guinness than usual either.
As I wanted to get something green/shamrocky/guinessy today as a pic, I cheated & took this beermat pic when I got home! XD

Today I was in work at 3 so I didn't really bother with doing anything else XD My car has died again though so I had to take Tony's in, not too much of a problem, it's fun to drive Tony's car.
There were 9 people in house today, so I did hardly anything XD Actually I did a fair bit of the cleaning rota I usually ignore & chatted a bit to the chefs & receptionist, I only poured about 10 pints and served two meals, dead easy work. It started to snow at about 6.30 too! I'd taaken my camera in in hopes of getting a pic of something so that was quite lucky XD I was hoping it would snow lots, but it probably only lasted an hour and a half or so, it stuck though! The staff were mostly pleased XD I was told I could go at 9 cause of the snow, but I didn't get out till 10, not a bad shift though.
I took the mini pic when I got home then picked Tony up after a while :]

Today I had to get up early for work, as I had to be in for 12 ;C Bleeeh!
Before I went in Tony showed me some features on the new PS3 we got last night =D It's pretty cool but I need to get a couple of good games for it so I don't just have the BBC iPlayer to watch on it (it's one exy machine to only use for watching the iPlayer xp)
So I got to work on time & the lunch went fine, it was one of the night staff's wedding 'breakfast' and so it was pretty cool and most of their family was okay too. When I say one of, actually both the bride and groom used to work at the PI, but Lauren was left off the rota when we got our nazi german boss cause she didn't like the tattoos Lauren had on her hands. Stupid.
Anyway. I cleaned up the restaurant once they had gone, then I looked after the bar till about 9.30 when Tony called me from the other bar to ask me to look after it. He felt really ill for no reason and went home not long after.
I stayed on dossing in the bar, the reception party wasn't too lively but the couple seemed happy so it was all good. When everyone had gone I went and cashed up and then finally got to go home, it was a 13&3/4 hour shift! Coming up christmas now I'm looking forward to/dreading similar shifts, so it was good practice, though i was pretty cranky at the end!
That was a lot of blah for just a day at work!

Today I had to go into work early as there was an indian wedding. The photos are the cars the brise & groom came in, and the limo is what they left in :] I was on the bar all day, it was crazy hectic, most of the attendees were knobs, but certainly some more than others. The family had supplied all the drinks & so most people were getting triple & quadruple shots x.X it was no wonder most people were hammered by the end of the night, yet there was still sooo much booze left over. There was so much me & Tony got away with full bottles of Bicardi & Famous Grouse and 1/2 a smirnoff! I bet I'll still have some next year ;p I also got a big bunch of flowers the couple were supposed to give away to guests but never did, I'll get a pic of them tomorrow :]

Today I nearly didn't get a pic at all...again, luckily I realised last minute that I wasn't gonna be able to get home before 12 & raced round trying to get pictures with my phone x/
Needless to say all the pics were boring, but this one I thought was one of the slightly more interesting ones and means I haven't missed 2 days in this month. Yet.
This is a mirrored pic too (you'd never have known otherwise! Tables always merge together after all!), there is actually only one of these pics in the hotel xD

I did hardly anything today & got quite bored so about 3 I went out to explore, using some flimsy excuse on myself to get myself out the house XD I visited Asda for bits then still had time before I had to go pick Tony up from work to visit Sainsburys too. There was something I was looking for that I couldn't find in asda, anyway all I ended up with was some cakes from this display XD
Oh, and the last pic? Well, lets put it this way, someone paid this for a single mixer (less than 1/2 pint) sized Orange juice on room service, for a little perspective, if you need it, that's about $6.60 US dollars, and about $9.20 NZ dollars!! People are idiots.

I really haven't actually done anything in the past week it seems where I've actually managed to get pics I'm happy with or think will be interesting to see for the day, like today where I pretty much stuck about the house and comped, so i just got this not-great pic of the gerbs together in their bowl...
Later when I went to pick Tony up (he had work tonight but i didn't) I took my camera randomly but got these pics. The one with Tony in wasn't supposed to be a serious pic but I kinda liked the way it turned out so there you go. The other is cause I love these trees we got in over the summer, they are so cool! They are real too btw.

OMG 3.30 finish x.X Needless to say we slept in laaate, then cause we didn't really have anywhere planned to go we stayed in a watched some BBT again XD I dropped Tony off at Pauls at 3, he was going to get his xbox re-hacked today. It'll be nice to get free games for a little bit longer, my PSP's hack has run out and at first i was going to buy the new PSP!GO but then I realised that UMDs are gonna fall in price like crazy soon and so if anything i should keep my old PSP XD Haha, small console rant XD I think next month the pay should be sweet & so me and Tony are gonna get a PS3! So gaming fustrates me, but i wanna try some games!
Blah blah...carrying on, I went home & went to Asda with Dad as Sunday is specials day :] We got quite a few this week & Dad discovered he doesn't dislike tiger rolls like he thought!
Erm, that's about it ^^ I felt a bit ill today so didn't eat all my strawberries either :C (Also bought on special XD)

I seemed to be able to get photos today, it was actually okay for a change even though i didn't particually do anything ;p Tony had to go to work for a couple of hours- which turned out to be more like 8...srsly. While he wasn't about I was gonna go to town but I wasn't sure when I was gonna get called to taxi so I sort of put it off. I eventually went out when I decided to get everything finished for the parcel for Mum & Jen so I can finally send it off instead of procrastinating about it! ;0; So anyway, here is an update on the red lily, and see if you regognise the keyring attatched to my new key for the new tills at work ;p

I think Lilys are my next fave flower!

Woooooooooooooooooorked today. Started at 11 and did a massive paki wedding thing that went on all day. Helped serve and stuff like that, had some food at about 4 and did basic worky things until 12ish. The father of the bride was actually a nice guy and thanked us quite a bit and asked the caterers to give us food, then towards the end of the night he gave each of the staff £10! After work Carl brought us some drinks so we sat outside winding down after our uber busy weekend, it was quite cool for a change x3

From 1pm today we spent all day at work, attending to a wedding and once that was done, to a tour of over 100 people. We thought it was going to be veeeery hectic but instead it all sorted slotted into place and wasn't so bad :] We even had the whole lot cleaned up and out by 1ish so we could go home =D Luckily it was rainy like woah today so not so bad to be stuck inside all day.

DDD: Updates are sorely needed! It's been so long ;d
Today was bleh, so drizzly and horrible so we didn't get up to much. We went along to Tesco for some reason where after we came out there was this little creamy mini which I've seen once before around, but it was around last summer XD elusive mini! It's a bit of bomb, but if it goes then no complaints, right? XD
On the way home I saw a taxi in the PI car park that was all checkered like the PI mini, but Tony didn't believe me so I looped back around and grabbed this pic dead quick XD There was an actual photographer there taking promo shots, so I suppose the guy standing in mine got out the way of the actual photographers xd Still, this was the best I could get for today so enjoy xp

Today I worked over lunch at the PI. Starting at 11, I dossed for about an hour and a half after doing the prep before anyone actually came in xp Still getting paid to do nothing maybe be boring,but it's pretty sweet XD Should've taken my gameboy...
So all I got a pic of was the prep I did, I tried finging other stuff about the restaurant, but there's only so many pictures of tables and chairs I take before realising it's for fail XD
