May. 22nd, 2010 04:33 pmToday was another looooovely day, so me and Tony went for a random drive. We'd already decided to find somewhere random in wales, but we didn't know where. So when we saw the sign for lake Vyrnwy (said Vernie for english people ;D) and i couldn't remember what was there it seemed a good enough place to go x3
It took us ages to get there as the sign we followed went down a bunch of country lanes without much more informative signage.
We got there eventually though, it was the perfect day for paddling, and if we'd got there earlier we would've rented a canoe. Next time though maybe :] I explored the lakeside and this weird tunnel thing while Tony relaxed in the car, then we went and explored the cafe & bird hide together, as well as the socking great dam that sort of makes up the lake ;p
We stayed for 2 or 3 hours just dawdling with me enjoying the heat and Tony trying to find all the shade he could, then back home. It was a good day.

May. 15th, 2010 01:20 amToday Tony picked up some bearded dragons today, he gave up waiting for the woman who was going to hatch some as she didn't seem to know what she was doing.
They are male & female, called Hugo & Spyro. We haven't done much else today, Tony showed the dragons off over his house and i dossed about for a while then went to work, woo.

Apr. 15th, 2010 01:53 amI got the first pic today as I rushed into work, it's right outside the hotel. Of course the sun went in and i couldn't wait for it XD
A volcanic ash cloud came over Britain today and stopped flights, people were pretty pissed but it was their lives being saved by not flying XD There was a haze about the air, and you could see the sunbeams coming through the windows, weird.

Mar. 26th, 2010 03:23 amLast night when me and Tony went to bed we couldn't sleep, so at about 7.00 Tony was suggesting random things we could do and as a wild idea he said we should go to Creeley in Devon XD I am not a spur-of-the-moment kind of person, but now and then I want that kind of fun, so I agreed we should go XD We got a bunch of stuff together and nipped to Tesco on an energy drink run before we left, when we promptly remembered that Tony had agreed to help out Ron tomorrow so wouldn't be back in time.
So we went back home and looked for somewhere to go that would take a while with a bit of a drive but still be something to see & we could get back in a day. In the end we went kinda boring and went to Portmadog XD I fell asleep a couple of times but not loads really, it was a good trip. It was raining on the way there but it was sunny when we got to Portmadog beach! We watched some people kite/sand surfing (I think that's what it is?) and Tony did lots of doughnuts in the sand and I felt sick, I hate going round in circles xd
I played in the dunes and sand a bit and got some photos, after a few hours we went back home xD

Mar. 23rd, 2010 02:48 amToday me and dad went to check out the new Tesco in Madeley and have a little drive about. Tesco wasn't very exciting but Dad got some easter eggs xp~ On the way home I saw these Daffodils! They're the fist ones I've seen this year, except on the tv of course, I even asked dad to go back so i could take a pic of them!

Feb. 17th, 2010 02:18 amWent to visit Tony's mum today among other things, chatted as usual. It kept trying to snow then interspersed with bright sunshine...strange & of course it didn't stick. I only got pics of Brady today, and the ones where he actually was catching snow blurred :/

Jan. 7th, 2010 10:41 pmToday after Dad painted the ceiling he decided to go out so me and Tony went too and we went on a tour of shrpshire, exactly as prescibed by those people on the news who say only make a journey if its totally necessary ;] Photo taking for a pic a day is important, right?

Dec. 21st, 2009 12:41 amThis cold thing is getting old now XD It hasn't warmed up enough to get rid of the frost except for patches which get over an hours sunlight a day, which apparently is quite rare xp The frost is building up over old frosts (and the bit of original snowfall), and so it's starting to look like proper snow now! You can defrost the car and within an hour sometimes it has frost on it again! My hands are freeeeezing, defrosting makes them cold then the blowers in my car make them colder as I drive XD
It makes me think that those guys that think that global warming is actually real sure as anything don't live here. Brrrr!

Dec. 20th, 2009 11:39 pmToday I got my car going to do some shopping while Tony was at work :] I really dislike my car again atm, I think it'll be fine in summer, but at the mo it's heaters don't work and the minor gap in the door that doesn't let rain in does let damp air in, which then freezes on the windscreen...greeeeeeeat! So once I've defrosted the outside, which needs doing at all times of the day at the moment cause england is such a great country weather-wise, I now have to defrost the inside too! Frost all over me in a car that doesn't have heating xd
Enough ranting about my car!! I'm not as bothered as I seem, I'm actually pretty okay as long as it starts & doesn't break down!
That was a lot of wiffle to distract from today XD Here's a couple of pics :]

Dec. 9th, 2009 09:15 pmGonna cut to the chase on today, it was cold & I had a lot of work...that pretty much sums up this week actually, but there you go! My paypacket better be good this month!
So here you go, it was as close as I'd have like'd to have gotten, but there is only so much you can ask from a camera that doesn't have interchangable lenses, and me not being willing to lean on the frosty damp grass!

Nov. 15th, 2009 10:34 pmToday was pretty cool. I wasn't doing anything on the pc at home & even though I felt pretty sick still Dad said we could go out somewhere. I don't know really where we went XD
First we found a bootsale, it was a pound to get in and was only about 20 cars!! Ruuubish unfortunatly. English bootsales have probably been ruined since eBay came along.
Then we went along through some country roads, looking for a place dad had seen from a bus yesterday. We eventually found it, it was a house shaped like a castle!
We went and found a kennels owned by someone dad knows, but they were out so we carried on, browsing the lanes.
On the way back it rained really hard, then the sun came out x3 I always complain that whenever I spot a rainbow I never have my camera, but of course today I did! =D I think I took enough rainbow pics to last my quite some time!

Oct. 28th, 2009 07:05 pmToday I drove Tony here and there, then went out with Dad to Bridgnorth for a mooch. First we went to the small park, where we went to find the smooth conkers. They are really strange as they are so huge & almost black, and have really smooth shell/skins.
We went on and had a walk around the town, looking around the shops & looking at the views, didn't take long to waste time before we had to carry on home anyway.
Look at the beautiful weather, Dad didn't even take a jumper!

Oct. 20th, 2009 12:47 amToday is rained a lot...sucky, it was such awful weather that even when Dad came home he didn't feel like dong anything but sitting inside & watching TV.
I went on the pc quite a bit (what a shock- again!) and Tony was on his xbox, so I didn't get good pics today either x.X The first is all of our cars, I have to try and get rid of the mini within the next couple of weeks ;C Everyone shows interest but no one actually wants it! Ebaying in the end I think.

Oct. 7th, 2009 03:56 pmOoops, slacking off again...Today I had to get up dead early to run Tony to work x.X When they put him no the earlies I'm sure they forget two of us have to wake up so he can go in. Still, can't complain too much, I did go home and straight back to bed XD
When I got up I went on the pc for a bit and then Dad came home from walking and we went around a bunch of places XD First we went to B&M, then onto Lidl and finally to Farmfoods x3 Considering it was for a look about & stuff Dad bought quite a lot :x (with my help of course!)

Sep. 3rd, 2009 11:02 pmWe were leaving the caravan today and I wanted another look about Aber first, so we left at 12 and went to the seafront. It wasn't rainy today which was a plus, but it was sooo windy! I planned to get all 3 pullips out but because the wind would've made everything too much hassle I just got Harley as her wig is the shortest so easiest to sort, plus she hadn't had any pics taken yet. I may take a pic of her in Mo's wig and take a small poll on which is better. I'd have to get a wigfor Mo again then, but I'm not really happy with Harley's atm. Anyway, enough Pullip talk.
I went and topped up at the petrol station and we headed for home at about 1, the drive home was much better than going, the weather was allowing vision today ;D got home for just after 3.30.
Had tea with Dad and his beermat friend who is up for the national, started to catch up with the nets then they decided to go look at some pubs so i went too x3

Sep. 2nd, 2009 01:10 amToday when we got up (the caravan was much comfier this time than the last couple of times we've stayed for some reason) Tony's Mum made fried egg & toast and after watching some music channel for some reson Me, tony, Tony's mum & little sister went into Aber town. It was sunny when we got there, but within 5 minutes changed it's mind, of course Xp It didn't just rain a bit either, it rained! We had a look in some of the old favorites shops about the town and I got a BB gun. It's red (not allowed to sell black ones anymore) but actually quite good, shots nicely! Don't know what exactly I'll shoot, but i'll figure something over the park, there's loads of rubbish over there XD Anyway, then we went onto the arcade, which I swear were made just for Tony, he is a total sucker for them. This time though he actually did okay, there was a machine with soft toys hanging from strings and you had to manouver siccors onto the strings (a bit like claw machines, only when you're done moving it snips instead of lowering & grabbing) after many 50p's it worked! Tony won a plushie dog (which of course I got x3) and also it had a tenner attached to it, so he actually ended up £2 up XD unusual for an arcade!
When we left the arcade it was still raining like crazy but I wanted to get some pics so I went out and got my camera wet again for this first picture. Then we had to go back to the car and we went back to the caravan, as we were getting soaked by the rain and it wasn't much fun.
We had lunch and I dossed with my sudoku book and Brandy (the dog, remember, haven't seen him for a few weeks!). Generally spent the rest of the evening dossing actually as the club wasn't open again so there wasn't much else to do XD

Sep. 1st, 2009 12:50 amToday we went to Wales, but first we had to faff about a bit going to get oil for the car and little things like that. We finally left a bit after 1, where it was still sunny at home and took about 2 hours getting to Aber, where it's rainy like crazy XD We had a look at the sea (cause I wasn't driving all that way without seeing the sea before I had to go back away to the caravan) and I got a pic even though it was raining like crazy and my camera got a bit wet :/ I quickly got some ramen then we went out to the caravan. Tonys mum made us tea a bit later then Tony took his car out, but the field was very wet. Just had a relaxing evening really, the nets are really hard to find here so just messed with puzzle books. Tomorrow we are going into Aber again for a small mooch :]
Also, sorry the flickr pics didn't work, i did try to upload a couple but i guess the connection in Wales was just too cruddy ;/
